In appreciation for the generous support of our members, JPR is celebrating Giving Tuesday with an open house at the JPR Broadcast Center. Join us on Tuesday, December 3rd between 3pm and 6pm to meet JPR staff, take a tour of our broadcast center and enjoy complimentary wine from Troon Vineyard. Rogue Creamery will be serving cheese and and the JPR staff is whipping up savory bites featuring Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish!
#GivingTuesday, is a global day of giving that encourages individuals, communities and organizations to give back to the charities and causes they celebrate to help create a better world. Giving Tuesday was developed as a way to balance the commercialization and consumerism of the post-Thanksgiving season (Black Friday and Cyber Monday). Since its founding in 2012, it has grown into a global movement that has inspired hundreds of millions of people to celebrate generosity during the giving season.
