The Goldmund Quartet has given convincing interpretations of the great classical and modern works for more than a decade. Their inwardness, fine intonation, and phrasing detail inspire audiences worldwide. Award winners at the 2018 International Wigmore Hall String Competition and Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition, the Goldmund Quartet were named Rising Stars by the European Concert Hall Organisation. The Nippon Music Foundation has awarded the Quartet with a full set of Stradivari instruments.

Open to the public jam. Acoustic musicians are welcome to join the fun. The jam is family friendly and dancing is encouraged.

The Chamber Players of the Redwoods will be performing their first concert of the year with woodwinds, brass, and recorders on Sunday, Jan 28 at 2 p.m at Lutheran Church of Arcata, located at 151 East 16th Street. It's free but if you'd like to support local chamber music, donations are very welcome.
